Always very quick delivery and wen site is easy to use.

I have bought bird food from Happy Beaks many times and I cannot fault the delivery or the quality of the products (heartily endorsed by my local bird population).

Great offers on bird food and excellent delivery time, first time trying their products filled two feeders (only small ones)put them out in the morning saw a few birds visit even bobbing robin, got up next morning both feeders completely empty and no seeds on the ground, that makes the product well worth it as there's no messy wastage, very happy.

1.The feeder ordered was £4.99 filled with meal worms,it was not filled and the base did not fit the feeder.
2.I have not received my order of meal worms.
3.I have already emailed you.

Called on 0871 911 7026 but the charges were 93p a minute plus a service charge on my UK EE SIM card

I called happy beaks because I placed and paid for 2 separate orders one for me and another to be delivered to my son 4 hours away from me. Sadly they sent them to one address only in error.

The lady I spoke to said she did not have access to all the systems to help find out what had happened. And I had to email happy beaks to sort it out.
This call took about 10 minutes and cost me £11.63.

The email was quickly answered and the missing 25kg of seed posted to the correct address.

I paid a heavy financial price to put my order right
I use 1kg of expensive bird seed a day. I can not recommend happy beaks

The overall experience is excellent in all departments, bird food, packaging and delivery. Only complaint is the delivery company leaves it outside if we are out, so if it’s heavy rain the peanuts are okay but the fat balls would be ruined as they’re only in cardboard.

I bought insect suet pellets and about a quarter of it is just powder. Previously they were all pellets with little waste. Have emailed you but no reply as yet

My email hadn’t been submitted. I resubmitted and got a reply within 2 days with a promise of free suet pellets in compensation. Happy with the response and speed. Will continue to use this company. This was just an unfortunate hiccup.

This was my first time using happy beaks ,and I'll probably use them again, the quality off the feed and feeders was excellent, I'm quite fortunate I've got a big garden and use several feeders so I get threw a lot of feed.

It was easy to find what I wanted, delivery was quick and the added price reduction on the seeds was helpful
