Great shopping experience
Great service as always from Phill and rest of team. Great quality furniture. Alway look here first for what I want always good shopping experience. Was only in store half hour and everything was done, staff can't do enough for you without being pushy. Thanks again guys

Very poor service
We had a table delivered last Wednesday. It is faulty and we have been refused an exchange or refund by the store. It did not develop this fault, it was delivered that way.
Update since your reply - thanks for your response. But actually the first course of action by the store was to send the delivery men to our home. They confirmed it was faulty but obviously could not fix it as they are not technicians. Only after I spoke to the store today did they arrange to send a technician (which could take two weeks).

Hello Ian, we're very disappointed and confused to find that you have left us a 1-star review.
As we explained when we replied to your email earlier today, that our normal course of action firstly would be to appoint a technician to inspect it to see if it's just a small adjustment required. However, we also outlined in our email that we are happy to order you a replacement table to exchange. We did not receive a reply via email, however I understand that you have recently spoken with a member of our team via telephone, and as you are aware we have ordered you a new table for exchange.
Again we do apologise that our appointment of a technician was not satisfactory to you, but we hope you understand that as a company we have a protocol for reporting faulty items through our suppliers which our Managers must follow to ensure the best resolution.
I trust this clarifies the position for you and we hope that you can re-consider your review, assuring of our best possible attention at all times.
Hi Ian - in response to your update, yes you are correct we arranged for our delivery crew to take a look immediately, rather than wait up to 2 weeks for a technician, in case it was an issue that our staff could sort themselves immediately and avoid you having to wait for a technician. In this case it was not something our staff could sort immediately, and as per our company and supplier protocols we then arranged to send a technician from an external company. However we are pleased that we resolved this with you today by ordering you a replacement table and hope this is satisfactory to you. Best Regards.

Great experience dealing with Ceri…
Great experience dealing with Ceri Davies in the Crosshands branch. I'd expected to be out all day looking for a new sofa but with the vast choice they had to choose from I purchased one instore. Ceri was polite and knowledgeable and arranged a quick delivery for me. The delivery people were first class aswell. Very happy with the new sofa, great quality and a good price.

We called in on the off chance of finding a wardrobe and ended up with a wardrobe, vanity table, drawers and a TV unit. The staff were very friendly and extremely helpful - even moving items around the shop so we could check what they looked like together.
Really good value too. Definitely recommend them and we will be going back for more furniture in the very near future.

Superb service and store!
We dealt with Ceri Davies from the Cross Hands store and would highly recommend purchasing from him. 🙌🏻Polite, professional and friendly. He also spoke Welsh which for us was a bonus! 🏴 We have previously bought beds and chairs with them and when we needed a new mattress we looked no further than here! Good price and excellent service will always recommend to family and friends!

Excellent Customer Service
The customer service and quality of the products is fantastic. Greg the salesperson was absolutely brilliant, he was professional and helpful at all times. He was able to answer all my questions and he went above and beyond to make my purchase go as smoothly as possible. Would totally recommend Happy Home furnishers in Llansamlet, Swansea.

Bought a 5ft bed today at happy home lansamlet. Greg was amazing . Took his time explaining about each bed as we were so undecided. My son is asobergers and suffers with anxiety. Greg had so much patience and was so helpful . He explained in detail to my son about the comfort and quality of the beds and he choose one that was lovely. We have had a brilliant service .
