First of all, Maithreyi is just a lovely person to be around to begin with. She has created a beautiful space that puts you at ease for in person sessions, and explained what to expect thoroughly so that I would not let something surprising get to me when I was meant to be in a meditative state to be receptive to the energy healing. Back when we had the session, I was going through a deep burnout and flare-up of long-term chronic symptoms, and even just a single session and after care made a huge difference.
