OMG. Don't buy from this company. These hats are horrible. They're cheap, plastic. They have printed-on logos. They're just the worst hats I've ever seen in my entire life. Then you call them and the guy says, oh, embroidered. Oh, if you want embroidered hats, they're extra. You have to pay extra. And I said, really? Because that's all I thought they made. I've never seen a hat, even in a 99 cent store with the stuff. Well, maybe in the 99 cent store. printed on

Packaging damaged hat. After a few back and forth with customer service I was given a full refund. They didn’t want the hat back after reviewing the pictures of it.

This place has such terrible customer service, I placed an order with my shipping. It was claimed to be undeliverable I reached out to see the issue and was told I had to pay for shipping again to have this item reshipped because this had to have been “my fault”

Ordered $1000 worth of hats for a company party. They did not arrive and I never recieved the product. After 9 months of back and forth with their customer service they are offering me store credit but will not refund. Had to send over many claims and USPS documents then had radio silence from them for months before finally getting them to respond. Would not order again and would not trust their customer service or product quality.

I would give them a zero if I could. Cannot connect with them. Hat was supposedly done in 3 days and then had some very unknown shipping company with a tracking number that gets me nowhere. Now looking at the order. The hat color is wrong. Now for the fun part. I contacted Chase about a fraudulent order. I expected issues and more info needed. Within 30 minutes, refund complete. That tells me that they know this is fraud…..

I ordered a hat three days ago. The customer service so far is terrible. First, my order wasn't in their system so I had to send an email to verify the order went through as I was charged. Then I had to send two more emails to get a tracking number which has always been provided automatically from any company that I purchased from. Lastly, they responded that too many email inquiries could lead my emails to be marked as spam. What kind of company acts this irresponsibly? This may be the only order I ever order from them in the future.

I ordered hats for an event and paid for expedited shipping. That was 2 weeks ago. The tracking has not even been updated in 1 week. Really wish I would have read these reviews prior to purchasing from the company. Hat Public reached out to me via email and refunded the shipping cost, but no mention of when or if the hats will arrive. Is this company just a scam? I’m worried the hats will never arrive. Also, I’ve tried to call several times and am kept on hold for awhile, then sent to voicemail. If you call back immediately, sometimes you can speak to someone. But they cannot give you more information than the shipping company. Do not order from this company, you will just get the run around.

Ordered a product, Whalers hat, for Father’s Day. I knew that the arrival date was after Father’s Day so I gave him a picture. We’ve been awaiting product. June 17 shipped, 18th in Las Vegas. July 2nd… asking for a review for a product I haven’t received. And now crickets! Do NOT waste your time with them. I wish I had seen these other reviews before this.

I paid for my hat in full and did not receive the product. Customer service has stopped responding to me and they have not refunded my payment.

I ordered a T shirt from them 2 weeks later still nothing. contacted them by email 3 times and had to leave a message by phone twice (they would never answer the phone) and never received a single response. Had to go through PayPal to get my refund. GO ELSEWHERE!

I am highly disappointed with my experience. The website explicitly stated the item would be delivered on June 17th, which is the sole reason I paid extra for express shipping—I needed it for an event on June 19th.

Not only did it miss the promised June 17th date, but it wasn't delivered until June 22nd—three days after my event had already passed.

Paying a premium fee for express shipping is supposed to guarantee a fast, reliable delivery date. In this case, it was a complete waste of money, and I was left without the item when I actually needed it. I would not recommend relying on their shipping dates.

Cheap quality material and craftsmanship. Very disappointed because I really liked the design.

Hat public doesn't deserve a star. This site wouldn't let me write reviews with out a star.

Millions of options and designs to choose from. I got the two hats that I ordered exactly as they were described. I couldn't be happier!

By mistake, I was sent the wrong hat, and mistakes can happen. I called up the Hatpublic customer service and they immediately told me there would be no problem in getting a refund. They were fantastic and I got the refund back within two hours.
Mistakes happen as I said, but these guys were great. I will shop with them again.

i bought a bucket hat from hat public. It was supposed to be one hat fits all. Lie! It was way too big. But the worst part was there is no way to get to these people. They do not offer refunds. They cannot be reached by phone or email. They dont include a packing slip or a return label. In other words you are stuck with what they give you. Stay away. This company is awful!!

Dont buy there beanies. This is the 1st and last time I will anything from this site. Shipping is overpriced. Beanies from this website are garbage quality and overpriced. Beanie was 22 and its worth at least 5 dollars and the printing on the beanie peeled off. I scratched it and it already started peeling as soon as I took it out the package. Buy at your own risk. Got my money back from PayPal though.
