Caring and Professional Hospital Transport…
Mark and Jess were very professional and caring. They made sure my 90 year old mother arrived home safely from Hillingdon hospital and didn't leave until she was fully settled. I am very grateful for their service.

Very helpful drivers
I was taken to and from the hospital today by Errol and Shaq. The ride was accommodating and I they helped me to and from the vehicle. Very helpful and polite and contributed to a stress free journey to the hospital

Excellent service from the HATs team Croydon
I want to say a huge thank you to Micheal and Derek from the HATs team, at Croydon University Hospital, for the excellent & caring way they looked after my Mum recently. Mum who has dementia was taken to A&E after taking a fall and was very anxious and scared throughout her stay. Once she was discharged the HATs team took over. Micheal & Derek were so sensitive to Mum's needs and made her feel so at ease on her journey back to the care home that they had her smiling and chatting with them throughout the journey. What a brilliant team!

I would like to take a moment to recognize Shaq and Errol for the wonderful energy and professionalism they bring every morning. They always create a cheerful and welcoming atmosphere that sets a positive tone for both me and my daughter, Neshai, at the start of our day. Their kindness, reliability, and upbeat attitude make the school run something we genuinely look forward to. We truly appreciate their efforts and the joy they bring to our mornings, Neshai has taken a shine to both of them which is usually quite a challenge when meeting new people, and we look forward to working with them after half term

Total disorganisation
I don’t know what the problem is with this company. I am a patient at Thamesmead Kidney unit. I live about 10 minutes away from the unit but it’s the transport service that is awful. I don’t think the controllers know what they are doing. I was picked up at the unit at 17.20 and I never got home until 18.40 the driver took me all over the place it is appalling I know everybody has to get home but if it was allocated properly we would not be having these problems. I would like someone to have some common sense and control the service in a proper way. Whoever is responsible for running this service it’s not being run in a proper fashion.
