Everybody wants a pat on the back.
I appreciate that you had what I needed and responded as quickly as you did, The bed pads are of great quality and are saving me from extra work as I try to care for my disabled daughter. However, between shipments from everywhere as I try to get the supplies I need, it becomes quite tedious to critique each company after each shipment. If I return and order again, that should tell you something. If I haven't sent anything back or haven't called customer service to complain, that should tell you even more. Once should be enough of a pat on the back.

Need to return these
Need to return these. Leg elastic way too tight--cuts off circulation. Couldn't reach customer service representative on the phone. Need a return label. Tried only one pair with a clean pad inside. No, I am not sick or infectious. Am an elder staying in with only controlled contact with medical helpers. Please send return label to my email.

Excellent on all counts
Excellent on all counts. The fit of these briefs is wonderful, as is the absorption. They are comfortable to wear (best kept in place by a sturdy pair of underpants). The company's customer service is excellent: when the carrier misdelivered my order, the company immediately shipped me a replacement.

The Tena pants are very good
The Tena pants are very good, but the price seemed to be way too high! A box of other brand packages of 32 are only about $15.00 and these were $51.00. Was i priced right? I would otherwise give them 5 stars. I'm afraid I won't be able too order any more at that price.
