I am extremely disappointed with both this product and HealthAid's customer service.

I purchased HealthAid Milk Thistle Complex Two-A-Day from Amazon. The tablets were well within their best-before date (January 2027) and were stored correctly in their original dark bottle inside a cupboard, alongside my other supplements.

When I resumed taking them after a short break following surgery, I discovered that the tablets had become heavily discoloured and mottled. They looked nothing like they did when first opened. I no longer felt comfortable taking them, despite them supposedly having many months left before expiry.

I contacted HealthAid directly on 4 July, providing photographs and details of the problem. After receiving no response, I sent a polite follow-up email asking whether they intended to investigate or resolve the issue. Again, I received no reply.

What disappoints me most is not only the apparent deterioration of the product before its expiry date, but the complete lack of customer service. A simple acknowledgement, explanation, or offer to investigate would have gone a long way.

As a result of this experience, I have lost confidence in both the quality control of the product and the company's willingness to stand behind what it sells.

I expected much better from a UK company. Unfortunately, based on my experience, I cannot recommend either this product or the company's customer support.

Had to order my injection on line on 5th April, cos I hadn't received the usual notification to choose my delivery date for my injection delivery (I was due to use the Jab on 13th) The earliest date you could deliver was today 16th April (4 days after I should have taken the jab!) Delivery is great just got notification from driver he will be here between 1400 and 1600

I came across HealthAid after searching for CoQ10 in the Ubiquinone form with rice bran oil. I had been taking another product from the United States which had become unavailable to purchase in the UK. I was happy to find a UK company which also made this. On my first order I also purchased a few other supplements. The quality is superb and have subsequently changed many of my other supplements to HealthAid. Ordering off their website is easy and all deliveries arrive safe and quickly. I happily recommend HealthAid.

These are very good quality vitamins, I love the Brewers Yeast and chew them without water because they have a lovely beer taste. Will be using HealthAid again

After reading that, I needed D-Ribose tablets to help my chronic fatigue I discovered Heath Aid while searching the internet and promptly ordered a bottle which turned up fairly quickly and as they seemed to help I have ordered more, Thank you Health Aid
