Ordered from this company took money as soon as I sent order No reply,no telephone responce always engaged tone , sent comment to firm still nothing from them Only good reviews sliding along bottle of their site Nothing like on trust pilot

I wish I'd read these reviews before I used Healthy Peach....I placed an order costing over £26 nearly three weeks ago, received a confirmation email and then heard nothing more. I have ended up having to get a refund through PayPal which has been confirmed today, after lots of ignored emails and telephone calls to Healthy Peach that always have the engaged tone. I have also reported them to the supplier of the item I wanted to buy to warn them of this dreadful company. Do not use them!

I ordered hair dye & a bottle of tablets from this company on 2nd October & payed using PayPal. Payment was taken on 4th October and I received an order confirmation saying that they would inform me once it had been shipped. I waited a week with no further communication from them. I sent an email & no answer. I tried phoning on numerous occasions & permanently engaged tone. I resent my original email asking for a response on when my order would be sent & again no response. I checked my account with them & it was still showing that my order was being processed.
As a final resort I sent an email telling them they had 5 days to resolve this or to refund my money in full otherwise I would be contacting their suppliers directly. Within a couple of days I received my products. This company should be avoided.

I bought some medicine and it was broken and leaks. I have emailed then twice and sent picture. No one has contacted me back. Cant get to call them. Never use them again.

I have used healthy peach for approximately 1year and up to now can't fault them. Placed my order on Monday and it was delivered today. I would class this as excellent service.

Have purchased from healthy peach many times, at least 6 times, never ever had an issue. Great prices and service. Really don’t understand all the bad reviews. I’m wondering if they’re genuine?!

I was worried after reading the reviews here. I thought they'd take my money and not send me anything, or worse, take a large sum of money.

Couldn't have been more wrong. Item arrived in perfect condition via Hermes in 3 days. Admittedly no order confirmation, but there was a confirmation that the item was on its way.

I don't normally write reviews but I had to comment in this instance it seems so unfair on Healthy Peach, getting all these negative reviews.

I should have read these reviews before ordering from healthypeach.com. Buyer BEWARE! Do Not Purchase anything from these scammers. I filed a claim with my bank (Chase JP Morgan) and also filed a claim with the actionfraud.police.uk which is a British agency that goes after these criminals and thieves! I finally got my USD$393.88 back, but only after being very persistent and spending a lot of hours searching and stressing to get my money back!!!

I have bought from Healthypeach in the past without problems. However twice recently have ordered stuff and received no acknowledgement and, on chasing them (the first time) by phone, found that they had refunded my credit card as the item was out of stock. The second time, checked my card statement first - the same thing seems to have happened. Still no acknowledgement.
Their web site has neither a postal or email address to contact them (I'm pretty sure that's not legal) but their phone number (which, to be fair, they did answer straight away when I rang) is a London one.
I would not recommend dealing with this company

Placed an order online over a week ago, no confirmation received. Money refunded 3 days later with no explanation (suppose I should be grateful for that after reading of other peoples' experiences) - only discovered this when checking credit card statement. Website provides no email contact or physical company address (both illegal), just a dodgy phone number. I suspect that this company and their stock are purely fictional, from a very bad dream. I have ordered the products elsewhere, cheaper and from a company I know. Fingers burned, lesson learned, don't be drawn into their grotesque fantasy in any way.

Ordered 4packs Menoforce sage tablets 17th February and then saw lots of negative reviews.
I needn’t have worried as my order arrived by Royal Mail today 19th February.
Only downside I did not receive any order confirmation so did not when they would arrive.

Ordered some vitamins on the 22 December 2020, never got a confirmation, phone is engaged permanently, they do not answer email. Any idea how to get the money back? It should be stopped!

trying to get hold of this company is a joke!! constantly engaged and I mean evetytime I ring through the day! no replies to emails only to tell me they've recieved my order details. 2 weeks and still no delivery! I've taken it up with PayPal for a refund. stay well away!

Made the mistake of not checking reviews prior to ordering but did receive order confirmation. PayPal payment was taken at this time. After a week I emailed the company for an update on order and all arrived in excellent condition the next day. Coincidence? Anyway, no complaints now.

Ordered digestion pills that I really need on 29/12- got a confirmation order but have still not had the dispatch notification it says you will get. No sign of order more than two weeks later. I emailed them almost a week ago with no reply and have emailed again today. Their number does not seem to work properly, it’s permanently engaged. At this point now it’s hard to think it’s not a scam as there is absolutely no communication from them- and a UK based order should not take this long!!

DO NOT BUY FROM THIS COMPANY! I ordered 2 items on 22nd November, my first order with them. I never received an order confirmation or the items. I emailed them 5 times and tried phoning but the line was constantly engaged. Fortunately I paid via PayPal and opened a complaint through them. They have now refunded my payment.

I saw an offer from Healthy Peach .com hair colour so I bought three on the 26th of November. I haven’t received anything the phone line is the only form of contact they have and it is continuously engaged. I’m very disappointed. When am I going to receive my order if at all?

I am having the same problem with my recent Healthy Peach Order: the phone line is constantly engaged (out of order?) and they do not reply to my emails asking when will my Order arrive. I placed the Order and paid in full 9 days ago and it should have arrived by now. I have ordered before and was happy with the timing and everything last time but something is wrong here. Has this company gone out of business?

In the past I have not had any issues with placing an order. I have placed anther order and it is appearing as pending. I have been trying to call them and it is constantly engaged. I am hoping hey will contact me when they see this feedback!
