Wish I had looked here first before ordering!
Same problem as most people have experienced.
Made my order, money out same day. 10 days later no deliver.y Thought it might be something to do with Covid19. No reply to my emails. Telephone number constantly engaged with no welcome message/customer service or option to leave a message. Order on website still says 'processing'.
Began to become really suspicious of this company. Had enough and contacted Paypal to investigate and seeking a refund. Plenty of other companies out there who can give me the same products and deliver in within reasonable timeframe even with the pandemic problems.
AVOID, AVOID, AVOID.

I placed an order on the 13th May and have still not received anything. On the website, my order says 'Completed' but I have received nothing. I contacted the company on the 19th, 20th and 21st of May and still nothing. The company did not even bother responding to my polite emails. I've given up trying to contact these scammers now and have reported this fraudulent company to my bank who have filed a dispute against this transaction. Avoid this company at all costs!

No vitamins, no reply, no money for more than a month!

They post their own “reviews” of this single happy customer who gives “5 stars”, who ordered and “received”, so they can mislead new “clients”. Healthy Scam

UPDATE:
After more than a month since they took my money, there was still no reply from them, neither a confirmation, neither a delivery, so I got my money back through Paypal, which I am really thankful for.

What a shiny, fake, big discounted, scam page!

Lesson learned. Always buy a little more expensive, but from well-known reputation pages.

TERRIBLE. NO PRODUCT RECEIVED, NO COMMUNICATION DESPITE REPEATED ATTEMPTS. LUCKILY I PAID ON PAYPAL SO AM PURSUING THE CLAIM THROUGH THEM -- over £100!!!!

I’ve been buying Naturtint hair colour from Healthy Peach for years and would highly recommend them. I ordered some colour a few days ago expecting it to take weeks due to the current COVID 19 crisis and the order arrived today with no delay.

HAVING TO ACCEPT I WILL PROBABLY NOT GET MY ORDER OR BE ABLE TO CLAIM MY MONEY BACK.

I am surprised at the amount of negative reviews on this site. There have been two occasions when this company has gone way beyond it's legal obligation to oblige me. I am very grateful to them.

Ordered 4 boxes of hairdye, 1 of which had totally exploded,ruining the order. I sent a polite email but got no response. Would not order from them again.

Took my money and no goods. Did not answer emails and no refund. Avoid!

Bad support service
Cut them some slack but after a week with no delivery tried to phone. Constant engaged, EMailed, no reply. Last chance EMail answer or cancel. Final telephone and it was answered! Sorry, very busy!Waiting resupply to complete order, in that day, order out by 1st class, will get tomorrow. Didn't arrive, then Easter intervened. Arrived on the Tuesday morning as I was arranging to Dispute CC transaction.
So extremely bad customer service. For your own health, avoid not worth the savings.

Scam! Do not use this company! I ordered products from them on the 2nd March & my payment went through the same day but I have received no goods. I have tried phoning & emailing them on numerous occasions with no response . The phone simply goes to answerphone. I am now following this up with my bank 🤞 & want to warn others of their fraudulent business practices.

Awful customer service! I ordered from their website but they did not dispatch the exact items I ordered, but similar ones instead. I emailed twice to ask to exchange the items. No reply.

I made a ordered with this company on 23/10/2018 and still have not received my order almost 2 week's later.
Company does not respond to emails or answer there phone or it is engaged.
I am not happy about this and will not be ordering again.
I will contact PayPal for a refund.

I've bought from this company in the past and had no problems, prices good and delivery fine. However, having ordered the same item again, the payment was taken but a message popped up saying they didn't have the item and to ring them. This was a week ago, I've tried many times to ring but no reply, no answering machine to leave a message, no email address and phone cuts off. I’ve managed to get a refund through my credit card but still heard nothing from the company.

Had to return an item to this company. I received no refund. Tried to call the number numerous times, no answer. So lost the money there. This company has zero customer services. Do.not answer the phone or if they do do not like you returning or changing an order. Plus do not refund if you do.

Har flere gange igennem de seneste 5 år købt EyeQ fiskeolie hos Healthypeach. Meget billigt - halv pris og gratis fragt ved flere stk. Varen er altid blevet leveret indenfor en uge uden problemer. Kan klart anbefales🙂.

Jeg har for venner og bekendte købt fiskeolie i en forholdsvis stor mængde. De sendte varen dagen efter jeg bestilte det (FRI fragt), og UPS afleverede det på adressen 4 dage senere.
Der var god information omkring status på ordren og generelt bare god service.
