These idi#ts was posed to come to my flat between 12-5pm , waited in an no show , they know the boilers go off a year after service then send an appointment a week after it's gone off so u got no gas or hot water

Neil, your review unfortunately carries on from the extremely rude manner in which you spoke to our female staff member. Your boiler went off because of a timer, we did not and do not turn tenants boilers off.
Your landlord has a system installed to make sure the boiler gets serviced annually, we do not control that. Your review is completely out of order, like your telephone manner.
