Easy access to someone who worked hard to find the right solution for me.
The fact that I am able to have a phone conversation with a real person about something as important as health insurance is very important to me. The contact I established with Greg Turberfield made everything easy and very pleasant. He was very knowledgeable, answering my questions without unnecessary delay and treating me with respect and patience. I feel sure that as a result of his help I now have the right policy for me.
