Excellent service and very competitive pricing
Danny Fuller was excellent at finding us the type of policy we wanted. We were looking for a new insurer as previous provider had been increasing their prices at each renewal in recent years.
We found a ‘like for like’ policy at almost half the price. Communication was effortless - scheduled telephone calls were on time, emails were sent promptly and the whole process was very smooth.

Honest review
Compared to previous years - the experience this time was poor. Our agent even got the name of the health company we were currently with wrong. Then confirmed it wrong in writing. Had we not approached our current provider Aviva (NOT BUPA) ourselves, I don’t think we would be insured.

We have reviewed this with your adviser and can confirm that they worked with Aviva on your behalf and were able to secure a discount on your renewal. We understand that you subsequently contacted Aviva directly to make changes to the level of cover.
We do, however, fully acknowledge the error you have highlighted regarding the insurer’s name. Bupa was incorrectly referenced in some of our communication when your policy was with Aviva, and we apologise for the confusion this caused. We take accuracy in our communications seriously and will use your feedback to help ensure greater care is taken in this area.

Greg provided exceptional service to us. Our health insurance renewal premium was a significant increase on previous years, but Greg worked through everything in a really clear and understandable way, answering every question that was asked and always in a very timely way.
