We have used heat for the past twelve years. All the work carried out is to the same impeccable standard. Always very competitive prices just had a replacement boiler fitted already have two Air Con units fitted by them I wouldn’t go anywhere else.

Thanks to Ian and the team for installing three air conditioning units back in May. Have tested both the heat function in early May and cooling in the two recent heatwaves! They worked really hard cleaning up as they went, really impressed how they core cut with so little dust. Highly recommended and a pleasure to have them working in the house.

Heat engineers Ben and Pete worked as a brilliant and skilled team to install a new boiler and immersion tank. We were provided with excellent advice on the options available and the quote was very competitive. The team were concerned to ensure the minimum of fuss and disruption and completed the work within the time they specified. Very happy to recommend this company.

A very small leak was spotted during the annual boiler service & a replacement ordered & undertaken with consummate efficiency.

From start to finish the company was exemplary. I have white carpets and was worried about magnetite being spilt on it, when the radiators were changed. I need not have worried, Ben was so careful and made sure everything was protected. He did a real quality job and I thought the price charged was very fair. Ian and team are consistently prompt, knowledgeable, precise in their work, efficient, friendly and able to see and meet your need. We are entering our eighth year in Kegworth and Heat Leicester were one of our best discoveries. We can't believe you slaved in 30 degree heat to fit our two new aircon and heating units in a day and a half, both placed precisely in the only tight spots available. Thank you.

Booking the boiler service was quick and easy on line. Arrived a little earlier than stated (which is better than being late!), serviced the boiler, friendly professional manner, answered any questions I had, made no mess at all, I’ve used this company for ten years and had no problems with my boiler servicing. Good job all round.

I use Heat every year for my Gas Safe check in my rental property. They are very professional, friendly, on time, easy to book appointments.
I would highly recommend them for this service and the replacing boilers. They removed a very old boiler for me a few years ago, replacing it with a very efficient new boiler, their workmanship in this case was absolutely faultless.

I recently had a fantastic experience with Heat Professional Heating Limited, and I can’t recommend them highly enough.

From start to finish, their service was outstanding. They were punctual, arriving exactly when they said they would, which immediately set a great tone. The team was extremely professional throughout the entire process, taking the time to explain everything clearly and making sure I felt confident in the work being carried out.

They fitted a new boiler and replaced a radiator, and their knowledge really showed — they worked efficiently and answered all my questions with ease. On top of that, they were incredibly clean and tidy, leaving everything spotless once the job was done.

What impressed me even more was how reasonably priced everything was, especially considering the high quality of their work and service.

All in all, a reliable, knowledgeable, and professional team — I wouldn’t hesitate to use them again or recommend them to others!
