We stayed in Veronica’s Charming 2 Bedroom Flat in the Heart of Kirriemuir. Lovely flat right in the village. Very clean and spacious and as described. The flat was furnished lovely and is bright and airy.
For light sleepers be aware there is a nightclub at the back of the flat but they do contain the noise quite well. But I did hear people talking outside occasionally late into the night.

We had a great stay at this studio flat in Stamford. Was perfect for our needs to visit Burghley. Close to the venue and close to the village- easy walking.
Clean and everything we needed.

We enjoyed our stay. It is a beautiful house. Plenty of room to spread out . Gym very popular with the younger generation.

This apartment is very well located downtown in a very quiet « cul de sac ».
We stayed the the 5 of us and really enjoyed it.
The owner always answered quickly to our emails.

Apartment was very clean and well equipped. I had no reason to call the host throughout my stay because there were no issues through the stay. Highly recommended. Very accessible to every attractions.

Fantastic stay! Super clean, cozy, and in a great location. The host was very responsive and welcoming. Highly recommend and would definitely book again.

The apartment had everything we needed for a warm and comfortable stay. The bedroom windows have blackout blinds, so it was just the tap dancing seagull who woke us up rather than the early morning sun 😂. The house is clean and well equipped. It is dog friendly and as non-dog owners we couldn't tell that dogs have visited previously.
The location right in the centre of Eyemouth was perfect for walking to local amenities, the harbour and beach. It's also a great starting point for visiting other local beaches, Dunbar, Berwick-upon-Tweed etc.
The home is accessed via a shared (with one other property) stairway. This area looks a little more "tired" but that is out the holiday let owner's control. We didn't hear any noise from the neighbours and traffic noise was minimal.
We had an amazing time (we recommend a ride on the rib!) and are happy to recommend Spears Point as a lovely place to stay.

The house was lovely and within a short walking distance to the underground station Bounds Green which is on Piccadilly line straight into London. Great location. The communication was great from Veronica. Would definitely go back due to great location and peaceful area at night.

We enjoyed our stay, the house is spacious & was very clean,tidy & comfortable. Nice powerful shower. We felt very at home.Everything was in good condition & has comfy matteresses. Was good value for money . The house is in a quiet street & easy to walk to the local shops at the top of the road or 10min drive to Tesco. It was the perfect location to be able to get to places with Poole Quay & Sandbanks beach a short drive away.We had a lovely stay & didn't want to leave. Victoria was a great host and very quick to reply when I asked anything.Will definitely be recommending your house to others 🥰

Such a lovely clean holiday apartment. It had everything we needed for us and our two grandchildren.
There are local pubs and restaurants within walking distance.
The host Veronica was very helpful and responded to all our queries straight away.
Would definitely recommend.

Amazing host, amazing stay. Highly recommend!

Stayed at one of the properties. Mouldy items in the living room. Some lights not working. Broken units in kitchen. Fridge door storage missing. Freezer iced up. Shower not working. Shower screen seal absolutely disgustingly mouldy and dirty. Described as for 5 guests. Seating for 4. Garden and outside furniture in disrepair.

Absolute cheek to ask for a £300 damage deposit with all that in mind.

I have put in a complaint and asked for a partial refund for accommodation and cleaning fee. They said they would investigate and have since ghosted me on numerous emails.

Do not stay at a property managed by this company.

Update: they have now emailed stating that they have advised previously (I have an email trail so that’s a lie) that they can’t offer compensation.

The reply below to this is also a lie. The mould in the bathroom and the fact that we had fix the shower with a hair band did affect our stay. It was disgusting and so is their customer service.

I think the date of the reply, several months later, says it all. It certainly did impact our stay.

The accommodation was lovely and perfect for getting away from the city! The vendors were very accommodating and showed us different areas to explore! Booking was easy and there was communication throughout.

5 Star review - clean & tidy place. Communication was easy and clear advice received. Parking - i would give 4 star otherwise I will recommend and I hope to return again to the cabin
