Helpful advice on wills
A cold call first from a gentleman saying we would be contacted again. This time Janey came on and was very helpful in ascertaining whether our will and tenancy on our rental suited us and if she could help with anything. After some good advice on what sort of tenancy was the best we mutually came to the conclusion that our will was indeed fine. Janey was at all times very polite, friendly and informative.

I recommend Henceforth Trust and Wills for Wills and Estate Planning.
I initially received a cold call inviting me to have a consultation regarding Wills and Estate Planning. I was sceptical but as my husband and I had already been looking into Estate Planning, felt we had nothing to lose by having the free consultation. The initial consultation was with Michael Jay, it was over an hour long. The consultation was very thorough, with Micheal clearly explaining why it was important to consider our options, which he explained clearly and without using jargon. At the end of the consultation Michael did ask if we would like to proceed and pay the deposit, however, as we did not know Henceforth, and the consultation was booked through a cold call, we wanted to do our due diligence on both Henceforth and Countrywide Trust, we declined to commit, arranging a follow up call to discuss any questions that we may have had following the consultation. After doing our due diligence on both companies, and after speak with friends who has also put Estate Planning in place, we were confident that we wanted to proceed and paid the deposit.
We then had a number of online meetings with Karla, who dealt with the administration side of the process. There was a lot of information to absorb, lots of documents to read and sign but Karla took us through the whole process, making sure we clearly understood everything and took time to answer the many questions that we had.
In all honesty, whilst the whole process may seem daunting, we knew it was important to put our financial affairs in order to ensure that our family, when the time came, would not ensure any complications dealing with our financial affairs after our passing.
If you are thinking of putting your own financial affairs in order, I wouldn't hesitate to recommend Henceforth Trust and Wills. Both Michael and Karla put us at ease and made the process of thinking about our future needs less daunting.

I must admit that didn't really want to have this discussion, but I'm very glad I did, because I had a long conversation with janey, who put me straight on a lot of things I just didn't know about, we think we know but we don't, so my eye's have been well and truly opened, and I hope to do business with henceforth in the near future, it was an absolute pleasure talking to janey, who is a true professional and a real easy person to talk to. The session was very relaxed and informal. Michael was extremely personable, friendly and answered any questions you threw at him. There is no hard selling. Unfortunately, they were unable to help me due to my circumstances, but I am in no doubt that they would be instrumental in helping others navigate the complexities of estate planning to ensure loved ones reaped the maximum benefits.
