My experience was made great by how everything was explained in great detail, not words I couldn’t understand. If I had a question or needed an explanation about anything they were only too happy to explain it to me. Omri was the gentleman who dealt with me, very helpful polite and friendly, I’m sorry I can’t remember the name of the lady who l also spoke too, but both were very nice. I have and would recommend Henceforth Trust.

Many thanks for guiding us through the process of organising our power of attorney and writing our wills for us. We couldn’t have done it without you and really appreciated the step by step guide and friendly relationships we formed. It did seem expensive but there is a lot of information to collect and put together in a lawful way .

I have tried very many times to use "10 minutes of my time" to verify my identity. It has taken several days on each occasion to fail completely. This is not acceptable. Henceforth still owe me the service for which I have already paid.

Today I had a Google Meet video call with Carl from Henceforth Trust about estate planning. Carl was very informative and explained estate planning to me. I was very comfortable sharing my information with him, in order for Carl to give me informed advice. The advice given was excellent. I found it all to be very beneficial and I enjoyed the consultation.

I received a call from this company, despite my number being registered on the Telephone Preferential Service as not wishing to receive cold sales calls.

We had an hour presentation with Michael Jay of Henceforth Trusts concerning our wills. He gave excellent advice and was very upfront on all levels. He was certainly not a pushy salesperson. We were very satisfied.

Had a review of my current will and plans with Omri from Henceforth, very nice guy, easy to talk to and extremely knowledgeable, his pleasant manner made us both feel at ease, didn't try to push anything onto us and was supportive of the plans we had in place, would recommend him to anyone wanting to get current or future bereavement/inheritance plans sorted out.

I was "cold called", by a marketing company, and invited to have a free legal consultation about Estate planning etc, and I accepted that offer.
I had a very helpful and informative video consultation with Janey, from Henceforth Trusts and Wills. She is extremely knowledgeable about all aspects of " Estate planning ", including Wills, Power of Attorney, how to minimise Inheritance Tax, Trusts, Discretionary Trusts etc.
