I was cold called by Care Cost Solutions. I gave them my landline no. I was then called by the Henceforth Trust. and arranged a Zoom call with them. After a 3hour Zoom call I gave them a £2000+ deposit after confirming the 14 day cooling off period applied. The next day I made enquiries about the suitability and cost of their advice and decided it was too complicated and too expensive for our situation. I called them the following morning to cancel and was told to follow up with an email which I did that day. I received an email a few days later acknowledging the cancellation and informing us that a £280 admin would be deducted from our deposit. First we heard of it. Now, almost 4weeks later, we received our deposit back minus £280. As we never actually used their services I cannot comment on the value of their advice but beware a £280 admin fee for 2 days of not a lot.
The call from Care Cost Solutions stated that it would be a FREE consultation with the Henceforth Trust plus we would get a £25 voucher for completing the consultation. It was’nt free as yet and I never got the voucher. !!

Couldn't recommend Henceforth Trust enough, professional aswell as re assuring. Everything I needed to know even down to the smallest detail was explained in great detail, giving me the re assurance I needed. I can now relax knowing that my future is secure.

I received really helpful advice, was worrying about what would happen with the house if my husband went into care as we have it in the will for our grandchildren. However, they helped us with everything and I feel much better now in case anything happens in the future. Would recommend to get the information as it was really eye opening for us as there was a lot we didn’t know about.

Dealt with Jamie, gent of a man. Was very thorough explaining everything and didn't rush the process. Appreciated the time and effort he made on the zoom call and found him to be extremely knowledgeable and able to answer all my questions. I was slightly apprehensive at first but turns out one of the best decisions I've made in recent times. Highly recommend.

From being very suspicious of a 'cold' telephone call from a third party who put us in touch with Henceforth Trust, we gained useful knowledge about estate management via a zoom call with Jamie who was very helpful. We have some work to do now before we take this further but will certainly consider using them in the future.

I'm glad I put my affairs in the hands of Henceforth Trust. The business was quite straightforward for me in the very helpful and capable hands of Jamie and his colleague, Jane. It was all explained clearly and completely and I am confident that it was the best way to save and secure my assets. I had no problems dealing with my affairs.

Very skeptical at start, after a long conversation with Tom, he made us feel fully relaxed. Unfortunately we are not in a position to instruct protection as our personal merits do not align.
