Hertz - Phoenix - Phoenix Sky Harbor International Airport (PHX) Opiniões

Excellent from beginning to end the price was the price paid for it when I got there car was already ready. Didn’t even have to go through the ticket. The car return was seamless.

Ease of pick up, ease of drop off and transparency of pricing and very nice auto

I have been a hertz member for 30 years. Probably the worst car and over priced experience.

Easy pickup, great communication, easy drop off, clear directions, good price, clean and beautiful car - this was a great experience.

Vehicle pickup and drop off were not difficult, great on gas and very comfortable!

Easy pick up and return

Sarahy is one of your best teams members. Always on top of her game.

Everything was great about the trip except the car did NOT have a full tank of gas when I picked up the car. The car was lacking 3-4 gallons of gas for a full tank. I would like to reimbursed for the extra amount of fuel I had to purchase

Very easy arrival and obtaining the vehicle. Good price on a 3/4 ton full size pickup truck (cheaper than a compact car). Very easy return.

Changed car they gave me to a car I liked

It was easy to reserve a car, an easy pickup at PHX airport and easy return. All Hertz employees at the PHX airport were friendly and helpful and efficient. I always feel confident that I will receive a clean car in good running condition, without a hassle on pickup or return.

The experience with this rental car was fantastic from the gal at the counter. That was funny and fun and pleasant to be with until I dropped it off in the garage and left the keys inside. Everything was smooth everything worked out well thank you very much Hertz for a great rental experience.

Practically no more cars available to choose from

I like being able to pick the car up without waiting and easy drop off.

The car was in great condition and it was easy to pick up and drop off

Easy pick up and drop off.

No spare tire in car. Blow up tire kit instead.
Car was dirty outside on arrival.
Lost item was not found, so claiming they find 80% of items up to day 3 is a misnomer

It was easy.

The car was clean, the tents l was easy and reasonably priced. Many car rental agencies have let the mileage on their cars creep up but I haven’t had that issue with Hertz. This is the best I have felt about Hertz in a long time with our recent rentals.
