Ich habe am Samstag (15.07) bestellt. Die Uhr kam aus Schweden, am Mittwoch (19.07) war sie bei mir (Berlin)
Ich habe sicher über Klarna bestellt, weil hier so viele negative Bewertungen waren.
Der Kundenservice reagiert auf Anfragen zeitnah.
Das Produkt (eine Uhr) sieht sehr schön und qualitativ aus.
Ich bin sehr zufrieden und werde sicher wieder bestellen.
Um meine Bewerbung zu „verifizieren“ shreipe ich mahl in fahlschem Deutsch, das könnte ein Bot nicht. ☺️

Bestelling geplaatst en betaald. Geen orderbevestiging ontvangen. Contact opgenomen via e-mail. Binnen 48 uur reactie ontvangen. Ze gingen kijken waar het fout is gegaan. Nu onderhand 1 week verder, enkele malen gemaild wat de status is. Gewoon geen reactie meer!!!

Products arrived in 3 days. Very satisfied with my order. Good packaging and nice products. Only thing they could improve is their shipping/carrier details. The track and trace doesn’t align with the actual status of the package in my case. But overall I’m very satisfied!

So happy!
After scouring the net for a watch that’ looked’ like a Cartier Tank , I discovered Hexter & Baines. I ordered the Grace design, a mix of silver gold and a diamond bezel. I couldn’t be more happy with my choice and as a complete surprise it also came with a professional diy size adjustment kit so I didn’t have to head to a local jeweller to adjust the size of the links to fit my wrist.
Will definitely recommend and order from again!

🚨🚨🚨Don't order!!!! This is a scam. They don't deliver. When you contact them through mailcontact they will say to you that your package is sent to England by accident and that it will come to you as soon as possible. It is a scam! At Facebook or Instagram they do NOT react. 🚨🚨🚨🚨🚨 We have made an order on the 15th of November en still not received anything. I see on other websites that they are telling the England story to multiple customers.

Hello!😊Thank you for reaching out! All of our packages are sent with DHL or UPS. They both have a very high delivery rate. On occasion, particularly around periods with high package volumes, UPS & DHL can lose packages or send them to the wrong locations. If a package is lost UPS/DHL will open a claim and try to find the package. All of our packages are insured so if the package cannot be found we will either provide a full refund or send a new package, free of charge. If you haven't received the first package you have been provided with a full refund or we have sent you a new package. Kind regards.

Absolutely amazing service
Absolutely amazing service.
Google said 1-4 days delivery, but I didn't read properly before ordering, and chose the free delivery.
I had to get the watch within the 4 days as it was an anniversary gift, so hexter and baines went out of their way to change delivery to express with no extra cost.
I'm so grateful! I will certainly recommend.

Arnaqueurs à fuire
Si cela avait été possible j’aurais mis 0…
Arnaque certaine puisque personne ne répond plus à la seule adresse mail qui sert de contact. Prélèvement effectué rapidement, envoie apparemment également mais en revanche aucun mail de confirmation de commande, aucune possibilité de créer un compte perso sur le site, pas de lien de suivi du colis, aucune autre réponse. Le premier mail n’est même pas correctement rédigé et professionnel.
Une plainte sera déposée une fois le délais de 30 jours pour recevoir le colis passé. Mais d’ici là fuyez ce site d’arnaqueurs !!!
