The product simply does not work and…

The product simply does not work and the refund policy is made so they will never give the money back. I could not find one single customer here or on Facebook that actually received a refund even though it is advertised everywhere.
It is also very interesting how they get the good reviews and on the Facebook page all negative comments are deleted. It's nauseating.

I think that the only thing that can be done is a law suit.

I’m not sure it works

I was using the device for 6 weeks and saw no difference at all.
I figured it was due to my hair type (although I’ve been told my hair is ideal for hair removal) as all reviews on their website were so high.
However, I did leave a similar review directly with HeySilkySkin and it’s no where to be found which might be why they rate so highly.
I’m still not sure whether I believe it works or not, but I don’t think I’d recommend the product. Laser hair had immediate effects so I’ve stopped using the device.

I never signed up for your sms spam, and you are texting me constantly, it says reply stop to opt out, but there is no phone number to reply to, there is ZERO way for me to unsubscribe, I have emailed you, messaged you on facebook, I cannot find ANY contact numbers online to message "Stop" to, Please just remove all my details from your contacts, I dont want anything to do with your company.

Overall ok

The device had some issues to begin with (flashing only after many clicks) but now after a year of infrequent use, it has stopped flashing at all.
The cardboard box it came in has lasted better than the device.
It did reduce hair growth a little bit.

EDIT: lol emailed customer service with the email I actually placed an order with and no response, surprise surprise! Still have the gall to say I may have placed an order with an “alternative company” 🤡

Don’t waste your money!!

Don’t waste your money. I used it consistently every bloody week for nearly 4 months & it doesn’t work!!! My hair still grew back exactly like it did before I started using it. What a waste of time, effort & money! And I couldn’t return it because of their ridiculous returns policy - which to be eligible to return this product for a refund you need to apply upon receiving it! So, I definitely do not recommend this product!!

Very disappointed

I bought the ipl set on oct 1.. i opened the package just today (oct 26) and the thing would not even turn on. I have emailed them multiple times on their site where it says contact us. I also commented on the official instagram page. They keep deleting my comment and nobody responds to me. I am really disappointed.

WORST PRODUCT AND CUSTOMER SERVICE
This product does not work like shown in the videos. I contacted customer service numerous time before getting a response and when they finally responded they advised that to be eligible for the money back guarantee you have to apply for it on the day you receive your product. Who buys something with the intention of returning it? also they advertise 90 day money back guarantee everywhere but do not mention that you have to apply for it straight away.
They also tell you to keep using it for a few more weeks even though I've told them it doesn't work, I'm sure that's there way of making it go over 90 days.

GO TO THE SALON AND GET IT DONE ATLEAST THEN YOU KNOW YOU ARW GETTING WHAT YOU PAID FOR.

No customer service

Ordered the product and paid for. Got another request for a further $9.95 for "door to door delivery" with DHL. That rang warning bells for me then. Emailed the company twice requesting refund to my PayPal account. Customer service "Allie" replied saying that I will be contacted in 48 hours......still waiting.
Haven't responded to subsequent emails. Extremely poor and unprofessional people. They don't deserve any star rating.

NO such thing as 90 Day Guarantee

PLEASE READ I’ve been talking with the customer Care Manager Allie and as the other trusted negative reviews say, it’s impossible to return this product. They give you 90 days to return from the date of purchase however you already lose 14-21 days from the shipping time. You’re not allowed to initiate the return earlier - and you have to self track this vaguely explained 90 day return which you will not qualify. I have reached out regarding a return twice, both have been rejected saying “please refer to our guidelines”. I’m of Asian descent and the hairs are thick/dark, using any more than 4 strength gives me rashes and ingrown hairs from the intensity and less than 2 as they told me will get me nowhere. My hair growth rate is no different than it was before (hair growth every 2-3 days). Waxing tends to slower the growth better. Until I get my return, this review will stay negative and I will update the rating with my honest feedback when HEYSILKYSKIN reaches out to offer an appropriate refund on the product which I will ship at my own cost.

Don't buy from this seller,I purchased IPL laser from them It was advertised on Facebook for $99 using FLASH40 Code bought it but realised that they charged me $169.95 instead, email them to cancel all my orders as they charged me wrong and was told they were using US currency,how could you claimed to be Australian company and charged US currency to your Australian customer never heard of it.They refused to cancel my orders total $199.95 including $30 glasses,stop deceiving people and rob their hard earned money.

The good news is that it's not a scam

I can relay that this is not a scam, more poor communication and service. I placed an order for my laser with Hey Silky Skin on 1 August. After I paid for it, the screen showed an order confirmation which said that an order confirmation would be emailed to me. Luckily I took a screenshot because I never received an order confirmation. Then I thought "ok, maybe it's a scam but let me wait 5 days to see if I get delivery". I didn't get delivery and then started wondering if I should contact Paypal for a refund. Last week I received a notification from the courier that my order would be on its way soon so I held off contacting Paypal. My order arrived today (20 August) so very relieved about that. Between 1 Aug and arrival today of 20 Aug, I never heard anything from the company, no emails confirming my order etc but am pleased to report this is not a scam. I haven't used the laser yet and will update my review once I do. I'm in Australia

Impossible to return!!!!

Impossible to return! I purchased this and received it in mid July. Realizing that this won't work for me, ( I have a lot of tattoos on my legs and you can't go over them ). I decided to return it. You have to email the company to return it and they give you the run around.

Finally, yesterday after multiple messages over several weeks I was informed that the box had to be sealed to get a refund. Everything inside the box is in sealed unopened packaging. That doesn't matter to them.

No where to be found!! No money back!

Ordered one on May 10 2021 still haven't received it. It was being shipped to Mexico they said it would be 2 or 3 weeks. It was been almost 3 months. I can't even get a refund. Every time I've asked about I get the same answer "it's on its way!" It has been in Mexico City since May 14th..... Would not recommend to anyone!!!
