As a small business ( as was HGV direct when we began to use you ) we face struggles of cash flow from time to time , I was almost forced to close the company and reached out to those in charge at our depot ( castle Donington ) who assured me they understood our temporary predicament . Cash flow issues can be incredibly stressful, especially for small businesses, and we understand the sacrifices you made to meet your obligations. As a company, Credit accounts are reviewed on a regular basis and if spend isn't enough to warrant them then these facilities are withdrawn but we always offer trade, where goods can still be purchased but on a payment on order basis. This method is open to yourself and when your spend returns back to a more regular basis then they can look at reopening the account for you.
