Very good service from the receptionist and practitioner. He couldn't remove all the wax but we have made a second appointment!

Such a great experience. From the friendly receptionist through to the audiologist. I had a thorough hearing assessment with explanations along each step of the way. I would definitely recommend this company.

For many years now, my late mother and I have been very satisfied with the high standard of professional, friendly service provided to us in our own homes by Hidden Hearing.
Needing some urgent attention for my aides. Maria arranged for me and my wife to visit the Bedford office yesterday, for my very first time.
Having had many pleasant telephone conversations with Maria over the years, it was nice to put a face to the telephone voice.
We were immediately impressed with the office and its facilities, and the coffee made us feel comfortable and at home.
Maria then introduced us to the delightful Rebeca, who took great care of us from then on. She carried out all the necessary tests, adjustments and repairs, whilst still keeping Pat involved/occupied, watching some of the things on screen.
All in all, it was a very satisfying, enjoyable and productive experience, resulting in a great improvement in my hearing.
Needless to say, we have no hesitation whatsoever in recommending the Bedford office of Hidden Hearing, and we send our thanks to Maria and Rebeca.
PS. I forgot to mention that we are 90 and 89 years old, respectively.

The support from Hidden Hearing has been great from the booking of the appointment, the welcome at the branch, when I turned up and the consultation itself, where the audiologist explained everything that was happening and what the results showed from the hearing tests.

My experience at hidden hearing was a pleasure. I was seen fairly quickly after walking in and had my ear wax removed within a few minutes. Very friendly professional and thorough throughout my treatment. This was my second time using hidden hearing and will most probably be booking again in another couple of years. The £20 off voucher helped me book my last trip.

I went to Bedford branch for a test and all hearing aids and all went well until I was given a cost of new aids.
I was surprised how high the price was ie over £5000 so I checked elsewhere and got same for£2000 inc charger.Service from this company brilliant and test more thorough than Hidden Hearing.
I WOULD ADD THAT PRICES ARE FOR TOP LEVEL Oticon Intent.

James was courteous, patient and professional and couldn't have been more helpful. He explained everything really clearly and is the main reason I would recommend Hidden Hearing so highly.

Started 15” late though i could see audiologist in office and wasn’t on phone.
Lost trust in their views/honesty quickly when any shortfalls in proposed hearing aids compared to existing ones was put down to fact i had moulded fittings at moment.
Lack of openness/honesty about other options available to me.

It was good that Colin Lasky could come to the house and sort out my hearing aids
The left ear is still not right but I have made an appointment to have my ear wax cleared, as he suggested, so it should be a lot better after that Margaret James.

Very good service at a recent appointment, excellent staff receptionist, audiologist and trainee audiologist.
A thorough test and my hearing aids reprogrammed accordingly so my hearing has improved.

Any questions are answered sensibly even if they might seem foolish.

Fantastic service, very pleased with the hearing aids not cheap having used them for a year I couldn't go back to the NHS ones a special mention to Rebecca who is a real asset to your company as she is so good
