Excellent service from start to finish! A family run business with the customer in mind! I have purchased a fair few watches from Adam and the team over the years and one thing that always sticks in my mind in the after care! Nothing is too much hassle and you generally don’t get this allot from other places.

Would recommend 100% very pleased with the service I have received over the last 20 years. Recently started looking into specialist sunglasses spoke to Adam on Monday came back with answers delivery and price same day exceptional service.

Adam was extremely professional and helped us create a custom wedding ring and sourced us a watch aswell for our wedding day. Service and delivery were excellent and competitively priced.

I am writing to express my strong dissatisfaction with the cancellation of my recent order.
Your automated system flagged my transaction as fraud, which is entirely false. I had already explicitly approved and authorized this payment directly via my bank. Labeling legitimate customers as "fraudulent" simply due to a flawed automated algorithm is unacceptable customer service.
Since you claim this automated decision cannot be manually overridden. I will take my business to a company that knows how to treat genuine customers.
Your automated email literally stated my order "failed fraud screening checks." If a transaction is fully verified and authorized by the cardholder's bank, blocking it with zero option for manual verification is not "safeguarding"—it is a broken system. You lost a genuine customer because you rely on flawed algorithms instead of actual customer service.

My partner was looking for a wedding ring and had been to multiple other retail/independent jewellers before coming to Adam at Hillier’s. He struggled to find any two toned ring close to what he was looking for without having to spend multiple thousands and several places not even giving us a quote back.

Adam took the time to sit us down and understand exactly what it is we were looking for using several different rings to understand the characterists. He provided some honest advice it never felt like he was pushing for a higher sale. He was very knowledgeable about the different metals, prices and what it is you actually pay for when it comes to having a ring made. As someone who likes to understand exactly what he is buying it was a big tick in the box for him.

Off the back of the sale, he has now took two other family rings in for repair as we know it’s in safe hands with Adam and the team. You honestly can’t find better prices and service around coming from someone who tried atleast 5 other retail/independent jewellers.

Hillier’s will be our go to jewellers in the future and I can’t thank them enough. The ring was made just for him and it came back exactly as he imagined

I went to Hilliers in February after finding out they offer ‘permanent jewellery’. I had my late mam’s bracelet turned into 2 permanent bracelets and the results are fantastic.
Extremely approachable yet professional, the staff went through my options and were able to fulfil exactly what I wanted.
Upon return this summer staff went the extra mile in adjusting one of the bracelets, due to weight loss. Could not be happier with the service I received and would happily recommend them to anyone! Thanks, Hilliers!

Late review as watch was a xmas present.I came across Hilliers website whilst looking for specific watch for the missus. I checked out the trust pilot reviews as I had never heard or came across hilliers before. The reviews looked good so purchased the watch at a good price. The item arrived at stated delivery date/ time frame. I would recommend Hilliers and I would definitely order from them again. Very happy with the watch,thanks.
