DISAPPOINTED
Disappointed with attitude of staff , first person went on holiday second person passed me onto someone else .in the end I decided that they were so incompetent that I would look elsewhere.Was pushed from pillar to post , told me everything was OK and then sent for £290 which I paid immediately, waited one week and was advised that all paperwork had not been completed, it eventually turned up , by this time I was disgusted with HIPPO and cancelled , asked for my money back to no avail , in fact I have been completely ignored...there goes my dosh. Last time I contacted HIPPO I have asked them to return my hard earned cash , but suddenly they are deaf

Just a quick thank you to Troy and Olivia who looked after us when purchasing our new car. (Kona N) They answered all our questions and at no point did we feel under pressure to buy the car. This has to be the least amount of stress I've felt when buying.
