Easy to navigate, order, and browse deals on their website. The delivery was also fairly quick and my products were delivered safely and intact.

Store order
Good customer service. Didnt have vinyl I was looking for. Straight away the assistant ordered it in for me was able to collect it in store a few days later. . Nice to see some shops have still got good customer service which goes a long way in wanting to use this store again.

Sorry, check the receipt timing
Haven't got names unfortunately, but when I went in to enquire and ask the young lady went a considerable distance to sort me out, and the young fellow who gave me my package was equally pleasant and helpful. Love the shop, a tad noisy for me, but I recall the HMV stores in Glasgow.

Hmv is amazing
Hmv is amazing. The workers are very kind and helpful and the delivery is quick and easy. I always enjoy going into the shop even if I’m not buying anything just to look around and see the staff.
