Order process and item collection went smoothly
Order was easy to place online with website complying to good web design principles. Staged emails to notify of order progress were sent to me in a timely manner. The two staff who dealt with me in store were helpful and friendly. The item ordered was a birthday present for my wife who was delighted with the gift, which was an HMV exclusive.

MICHAEL JACKSON LIVE AT WEMBLEY, 16 July 1988
I went to the Wembley Stadium and saw this show 2 times. I was excited to see after looking at HMV online as always bought from
them 1 was able to purchase a Blu- Ray. I am able to keep it and it was sealed. It arrived very quickly after I ordered it so I was very happy. Excellent service.

REALLY fast delivery and they keep you updated the whole time. If an item isn't in stock, they try to get it in as quick as possible to deliver too so it's really reliable! Only issue is that the packaging isn't the greatest sometimes but its still fairly safe

I bought suede's new album in basildon…
I bought suede's new album in basildon store which was £24:99 , didn't realise i was charged 28:99 until I got home? Don't know why, thinking it was deliberate overcharge.
