I bought suede's new album in basildon store which was £24:99 , didn't realise i was charged 28:99 until I got home? Don't know why, thinking it was deliberate overcharge.

Film orders
Very helpful staff who were happy to order some films that were not in store. Let me know when they had been dispatched and when they had arrived. Excellent customer service.

I ordered a dvd from hmv they told me…
I ordered a dvd from hmv they told me it whould take a couple of days it showed up a couple of days later I picked it up I asked the man behind the counter if thay had another dvd he found it seconds I had been looking in the wrong place very helpful and polite a good experience thank you

Very helpful staff. They ordered the cd I wanted and it was delivered very quickly to and they let me know when it was ready for collection

Positive experience
In store is always a positive experience, helpful and friendly staff and an easy system if you need any stock ordered in. Online shopping has fast delivery and good shipping deals
