Very helpful member of staff at the HMV store Bath on Sunday. I had ordered headphones for a Christmas present online and chose the wrong colour. Experienced a quick no fuss or hassle exchange of product. Thank you for your help!

BEST place
Son and I went into hmv to look for someone Vinyls because its was my son first time buying Vinyls. Two members staff was really friendly, caring helpful and understanding . One member staff help my son look for Vinyl that he can't find. Best place to go to HMV in Bath. Place was clean, excellent price.
