After mistakenly ordering one record in the 3 for £66 online incorrectly the Bournemouth HMV staff were able to swap out the record for one they had in stock without having to return the whole order.... Ver mais

Very good actually. The product I wanted wasn’t in store, however the sales assistant spent time finding it and arranged for it to be delivered.
The store isn’t massive and so I wouldn’t expect it to stock my niche preferences. But it’s obvious things can be ordered and delivered safely in a few days.
