HMV delivers again!
Couldn't find what I was looking for in store, but the member of staff behind the counter checked stock and helped me order what wanted to be delivered to my address. Delivery was very quick, and well packaged, and I'm now enjoying my purchase very much!

Buying a title that would not be stocked
I was aware that Traxman was a title that you would not stock (particularly as there is no CD this time) and I would have to order specially. The manager(?) is always helpful so that is never a problem. The price was competitive, with no postage, and I could collect it from the shop, a plus. I said that I did not mind if the record did not arrive on release day, but he was confident the warehouse would have one. I astill see Monday as new release day. Unsurprisingly, there was a delay getting stock, but it was ready for collection on Monday. I had to contact Planet Mu to ask about a download code, as I think it is only provided with purchases from independents (it is not enclosed anymore), but once I had shown them proof, though surprised, they sent a link, so buying from you was equally as good. Thank you.

Staff members were very helpful when they asked if I needed any help in store, they were friendly and explained what they could do yo help with returning an item and purchasing a different item
