Recently purchased Project Hail Mary 4k from HMV in Colchester. Got home but on closer inspection the packaging was damaged. Took it back to the store and instantly replaced. Would like to thank Elliot for his knowledgeable and friendly service. Have found all the staff at the Colchester store very helpful in assisting me with all my purchases. Greatly appreciated.

My daughter and I had to collect 2 DVDs an dwe also bought and extra one and a very artistic t-shirt for her and We were treated very courteously and efficiently by Ollie, one of your best young customer service providers.

The order went well
The order went well, the service was great, I was told that I would be notified when the order was dispatched and delivered and I was able to collect the package just a week later with no problems at all.
