The attitude of the lady that served me was appalling. When I have been served by the manager in the past he has been fabulous however this lady had no social skills whatsoever

Wide selection of great vinyls
Wide selection of great vinyls, only went into HMV to have a little browse but ended up buying 7 vinyls to add to my already rapidly expanding collection. No complaints at all, the service was excellent and the staff was polite and respectful.

HMV Cwmbran Rock (and Jazz!)
Staff are always helpful and come up with some new suggestions for albums that I may like. They are very knowledgeable in many different genres and always give first class customer service.
