Click & Collect Experience
Click and collect service worked well, the shop assistant was very helpful and it was easy to find the DVDs, but I wish the confirmation email I printed to collect the order did not have so much black background shading, I used a lot of ink.

Recommended good quality customer service
Good product knowledge by staff member in-store.
Very helpful to locate stock and place order for delivery into store. Good communications via email with order updates. Order delivered promptly to store within just a few days. Very pleased with this service method.

Having not found my choice within the Cwmbran store, i was offered the option of having it ordered and delivered to the store. I was updated by regular emails up to collecting the item. Excellent service
