A new 4k release ordered prior to issue. Arrived for collection at the Ocean Terminal store on the re lease date. As usual well packaged and notified by staff. First class service from a good team.

Staff were very helpful as i couldn't find what i was looking for instore, so the staff member ordered it for me and i was able to pick it up within a couple of days.

E-tickets would have been handy On arrival at HMV we had to enter the venue first to collect tickets and purchases, which was easy enough, but it would have been good if we could just join the queu... Ver mais

I was in collecting an album I'd ordered in store last week and as per previous visit the staff member was friendly and on this visit the guy displayed a interest in my rekindled love for music on vinyl.
