It's been delivered on time in good condition, no flaws with the Vinyl record product, good service.

Order came in quickly to store. Guy in store very helpful. Ordered my 2 new DVD"s quickly for me. Was in and out of store in under 10 minutes.

A very nice person called Nikki helped me get my Ariana Grande cd’s after feeling pretty down thinking there were none in the store! Went above and beyond and was overall a sweetie!! Tyyy again

I purchased a ticket to a Jeff Goldblum meet & greet. I was unable to download my ticket off the app. I went in a couple of days ahead of time to check on it. The manager, Mark, was extremely helpful and courteous. Not only that, but on "day of", when he was overly busy and engaged with the event, he recognized me in the queue and personally spoke to me, asking if all was well, etc. He again personalized his service to me when I went in to pick up my CD and he was working one of the tills. Customer service like that creates repeat customers! Also, I was very impressed with how well the Jeff B. event was managed. All very smooth, efficient, and time managed, from standing in the queue until leaving after the signing and meeting Jeff G. The queue staff were outstanding too. Thank you for a very positive experience, for someone who tends not to like crowds and standing in queues!

It was easy for me to find the dvd I was looking for without having to ask for help and not get any.

We were in the accessible queue for the and greet with jeff goldblum and I was rushed to get off my mobility scooter for a pic so my girlfriend got to meet and greet but all I got was a picture and we had both paid for a ticket
The handling of the queue was nothing short of disgraceful.

Went to the meet and greet with Jeff Goldblum. The staff were great, keeping us informed whilst in the queue, and made it a seamless process. Also got photos taken with Jeff which was great, thank you guys!

What I ordered was in stock, arrived on time and in pristine condition very pleased with click and collect service 🙂

Great staff member and service. Mark had a Friendly attitude. Took notice to my item that I was purchasing and we spoke about the movie in question. He was nice enough to give me an opened mystery keychain from the same mystery bag I was buying as he did not want to see it thrown away.

It is good to know there is a shop that you can get older films like classic and movies you saw as a child on HMV'S selection of dvds, whereas it wouldn't be possible elsewhere.

My order came quickly, it was easy to track and the goos, being well packagéd, were perfect!

My purchase I went in to the shop to see if they could order a DVD that i wanted for my husband birthday they were so helpful they found the DVD I was looking for and ordered it for me and i had the DVD with in three days very happy with my experience
