Brian in the Argyll street branch was brilliant at pointing us in the right direction in purchasing our first record player. He explained everything so that we could understand it better.

Had a small budget to purchase a…
Had a small budget to purchase a turntable with speakers to replace one bought for me at Christmas that just didn't do the job.
I asked in store for assistance. The male I spoke to advised that his colleague "Brian" would be back from lunch shortly and he was definitely the best one to advise.
My husband and I went for lunch and returned to the store where we were given the full attention of Brian who was more happy to advise and demonstrate systems actually working. He gave special touches in actually playing songs I spoke about, made both my husband and I definitely feel we were being treated as a valued customer and not seen as a quick sale.
I've now revived my goods and am happy to be playing my vinyls to.my heart content!

Amazing Staff
Great staff, nothing too much trouble. When we asked for an assessible slot, due to mum's mobility, for seeing Jane for her album signing, we got that and assisted straight away. Top notch instore staff that day 😍
