Outstanding customer service
I messed up and ordered the same blu ray twice. Both HMV Customer service online and instore was fantastic. Got an email authorising the return, and the staff in the store when I exchanged the disc were really friendly and helpful. I like the fact that HMV have actual shops, and in future will try to order all my 4k movies from them rather than more famous "online only" retailers. Thanks HMV

Molly was superb
I wanted to buy Bruch's violin concerto on cd
Molly with a smile looked on her computer & located several options.
I made my selection.
I hope when I'm told the cd is available for collection I'll be served by Molly. I'm confident it'll be with a smile on her face

Lovely easy pick up!
I didn’t take the name but the person who served me to pick up my parcel was so lovely! It was the high Wycombe store around 1.30! He was friendly and asked what record I ordered and seemed genuinely interested!
Please if this feedback could get back to him in some way!

ordered like 4 cds and they kept changing the silly little date from like 20th sept to the 3rd of nov and honestly man idk if that dates gonna change AGAIN and has dispatched 1 of the cds like a week ago which is sooo silly 😋 praying on ur downfall hmv

Quality customer service and assistance
The customer service provided online and in store was excellent. Not sure if the online response was from a human but nevertheless it instigated the resolution to my problem by a real person (Daryl) in a store.
