Staff were really helpful and polite and chatty at the hull, whitefriargate store. Dealt with my enquiries efficiently and helped me order the item that wasn't in store, to be delivered.

In store service was very good. The staff were helpful, knowledge and friendly. Much better than getting on Amazon!! I do prefer the human touch. Overall a good experience.

Great help in Hulls HMV ordered Pink Floyd’s WYWH 50th anniversary Box set.
Arrived on the day of release very well packaged.
Fantastic service all round and can’t ask for more.
