Store pick up. The product was damaged. Steelbook Blu-ray.
Noted after packaging removed. Not the first time it has happened.
Packaging for transit of steelbooks is inadequate which is a common issue across retailers.

Our warehouse team do pack all items appropriately, in respect of weight, size and fragility, it is therefore, disappointing to hear that there was some damage with your order. Ordered a KPop album- not easily available elsewhere in the UK. It arrived on time at the store, I received a notification and picked it up quickly. Perfect.

First album was ordered by click and…
First album was ordered by click and collect. Process was easy with good communication and was ready as described.
Unfortunately that was scratched, but hmv ordered another copy quickly which was perfect.

The staff are very helpful and friendly throughout my visit to the store they got my order for me without any problems they asked for id before I was able to collect my purchase after the staff member saw my id I was able to take the item they said have a good day we exchanged the same I have had no concerns about ordering in future
