The staff were very obliging and…
The staff were very obliging and pleasant and very afficiant, soon ordered our DVD and kept us posted on our item right through to us picking it up,we couldn't complain about treatment we received from staff at Mansfield HMV shop Well Done. 👏👏

Fabulous customer service
Fabulous customer service. We were looking for a couple of DVDs and a member of staff overheard our conversation and asked what we wanted. He then ordered both items for us and arranged for them to be delivered to our local HMV so we could pick them up in a couple of days. We were both really impressed with how proactive and helpful your staff member was.
