Positive input,value for money, experienced cheerful staff
My experience at hmv is always positive, helpful and friendly, I usually shop at the four seasons Mansfield store who have friendly,experienced and knowledgeable, helpful positive staff members always ready to help discover what you're looking for with a kind, cheerful and polite attitude. I recently purchased a tamigocha online which I found cheaper from hmv than anywhere else, I was pleased with the well packaged and quality of the product as well as the fast delivery , I will and always do recommend to friends and family for a valued quality experience every time

In-store purchase
Went in store to enquire about a product I had initially seen online but wanted the tangible feel of the product before making the decision to purchase.
Looked at the spot where I thought it would be located and couldn't find it so I asked the staff as I thought it would be a "long shot" if the product was on the shelf.
Informed by the staff that it was a specialist label release (which I hadn't been aware of).
Staff member found it IMMEDIATELY for me and purchase took less than 60 seconds.
Superb service from a fantastic team and a brilliant store
