The staff are very friendly and helpful, seem always on the ball and willing to help. Very happy with my Marley Stir it up and speakers. A good selection of both vinyl and cds. Very satisfied. See you soon

Collecting deliveries in-store
Was able to request that the store was able to hold on to one of my click-and-collect items a little longer - so I could collect several 4K movie discs at once, thus saving multiple trips. Upon collecting, staff member Wayne was very helpful and pleasant. I prefer the Middlesbrough store over another local store, as I feel welcome. I suppose this is personal preference, but it was also explained to me I could return to the store, should there be any problems with my ordered items.

Poor customer service.
I have had no correspondence From HMV at all and i not seen sight nor sound of any Album i have ordered.I called in to the shop(Middlesbrough } and was told i would see an e mail or text when the album in question has arrived in store Not even a confirmation of the order and of course my bank account has been debited.

Excellent service, helpful friendly staff
The staff were very helpful, friendly and knowledgeable. They helped me order a CD and the communication from HMV was excellent. The whole process was very efficient and HMV let me know when the CD was in the Middlesbrough shop to collect.
