Nonsense advice without solution!!!
I know you advice me to cancel the order. This was not my point. The ridiculous is that you can't provide such a movie and you don't have a solution at all which is quite frustrating and disappointing!!!

I was cross to be told my purchase would be 2-3 days delivery yet was nearly 14 days. I was given a tracking number and then told I couldn't track it. Sorry I will not be ordering anything through your delivery service again if I can't get it in your shop i will buy from Amazon

Great service!!!
Staff are always helpful and go out of their way to help you find what you are looking for. And in this case they didn't have what I wanted but helped me order online with free delivery to my home and it came within a couple of days.

HMV gift card
Went to collect a HMV card for Christmas gift. Assistant needed supervisor help on till to process the gift card. Didn't have a card or envelope in stock to enclose the gift so just had to take as is. The assistant tried her best and made a big fuss of my assistance dog while I waited.

Excellent Service
The staff were very polite when I ordered my DVD of 100% Wolf and were just as polite when I picked it up on Monday.
The DVD arrived and was available very quickly to the shop I purchased it from and I was kept well informed, the DVD also arrived in immaculate condition.
I am very happy with my purchase and I highly recommend buying from HMV
