I liked the idea of the member of staff looked on the computer and told me when the album was going to be released, and asked if I wanted to order it now and if I did they could take payment now and I would get up to date notification on when it will be released and when it will arrive in store for collection.

Highly professional manager
Collected my purchase from James who was extremely professional, calm and friendly. He took all the time to explain products as well as ensuring other customers (& staff) were happy.
Plenty of texts to let me know the item was ready for collection and two weeks is a generous length of time to do so.
Can’t recommend the store highly enough.

Good staff, bad layout.
I was picking up an online order; cashier checked my details and found my item quickly and easily. Very friendly and chatted with me for a few minutes while I checked my order.
Very tightly packed store. There weren't many customers, but we all still had to engage ourselves I and out of aisles, or the wheelchair-bound customer would not have been able to leave the store.

The staff were thorough in their research concerning my request for a non- stocked item. The suggestion of a posted CD on the day of its release resulted in a hassle-free surprise in the letter box - one day earlier than anticipated.
