Excellent service, as usual
I visit HMV in Newbury fairly frequently and more often than not pick something up physical media-wise in-store or place an order for collection. The staff are always friendly and helpful, and on this occasion my order was ready for collection in less than 48 hours. Excellent customer service.

As I am not techy I went into Newbury branch and Paul kindly ordered the item I required and it was delivered directly to my granddaughter who was delighted - Paul was very helpful and friendly and made my shopping experience quick and easy - very happy customer-

Easy to order & pay online. Delivery in-store was free and quick. The staff at Newbury was so cheerful and Sasha who helped me was really friendly.

Friendly and helpful
I had visited my local HMV Newbury a couple of weeks prior to the release of Avatar Fire and Ash steelbook. I spoke to a gentleman called Paul who advised me that the Steelbook was coming out later than the standard release. I was given a card with payment receipt and release date. I was kept informed about the release at all stages. I could then finally pick up my order. The staff at the Newbury store were friendly and helpful from the start.

Really good service
I haven't been into HMV for years, but visited Newbury branch as I was looking for a Bluetooth speaker. The staff there were super helpful and knowledgeable. Also a great range of vinyl.

A good selection of classic 1930's to 2000+ films in either the collection section or in the film section.
The staff have a wide knowledge of the more specilized re-released blu-ray and dvd films
