Friendly helpful enthusiastic staff
Friendly helpful enthusiastic staff. Hmv is one of the few shops left where us older generation types can browse and purchase in a cool shop environment. The helpful staff made the visit to the Newbury branch a pleasure. Salute👍

Easy to collect a non-store stocked…
Easy to collect a non-store stocked item from my local HMV Branch by ordering the item on HMV.com and using the Click and Collect option.
My local branch doesn't have the range of CD's I like so I have to get items from the webstore as there is more choice. The store has better selection on vinyl than on CD, and I prefer CD's for their convenience and sound quality.

We were given the wrong item which we…
We were given the wrong item which we had ordered. Another item we bought in store had a security tag which wasn't visible until the item was completely opened.
The broken case was replaced
The wrong item had the same surname as ours.
