hmv (UK) - Romford Opiniões 

Ordered DVD on Monday evening, collected order from local store on Friday. Staff helpful and polite. Would use this service again.

I have always had a great experience at this HMV store in Romford. But l don't know which purchase this request for feedback is referring to. It doesn't say.
So even though l would never give anything but 100% excellent feedback, it would be nice nevertheless to know which of my purchases is being referred to 👍

HMV have always been great they are very very helpful. And will always use there stores whatever u want they have and if they don't have it they will order it for u and then deliver it.
Keep it up guys you are great and don't leave us.

I ordered a DVD on-line and arranged to collect it at my nearest store in Romford, Essex.
The process was straightforward and I was able to collect the DVD without delay at the store

I ordered 3 vinyls online, 1 was out of stock, but I was kept informed throughout the process. I received the email to collect my vinyls, with 1 reference number I was able to collect them at my convenience and all 3 were ready at the same time.

I was happy HMV was able to get me a copy of an album that is out of stock, they sourced it for me. Very pleased.

The Staff was very helpful and ordered the DVD I wanted then picked it up the following weekend. Great

The staff we're helpful at doing there job and it was a simple click and collect the item was in the condition as described overall I'm happy with my purchase the only thing I didn't know was 3d Blu-ray movies require a 3d television or monitor in order for to watch but my product came with two disc's one for 3d Blu-ray and the other for Blu-ray addition I guess I should have done some work

The staff are helpful and as in the past sympathetic to my sight issues: staff have demonstrated a good-natured willingness to type in my email address for my email receipt. HMV has a reputation for aggressive management of its staff, which I think is unwise not least because we are still a long way from being greeted by genial androids serving behind the counter.

My pre-ordered item arrived for collection on release date. No problems.

The staff are friendly and very helpful and are very Good at doing orders if you are looking for anything like dvds or something else they can check to see if they have it or not thank you for all your help.

My order was delivered quickly to the Romford store to be picked up and the guy at the counter (Ian) was very efficient and helpful.
