The ticket app didnt work at all even…
The ticket app didnt work at all even after numerous phone calls, the website wont send me a reset password email!! But on a positive Michael Head gig in Sheffield HMV ran as smooth as anything and very well organised and friendly! Well done Sheffield staff and Michael Head

Promptly ventured into town to buy FIFA 2024.
Been a while since I have bought games. And in my youth spent a lot of time in CEX when buying games.
Initially I went there. Finding the game I was after with ease I was alarmed by the price being £45.99. Bearing in mind this would be a second hand game.
I then went across the road to HMV to see if the price would be a little more as it being the newest form of fifa I assumed spending more for a new game would be worth it.
Ellie on the first floor till helped me out immensely. Find the game with ease and ordering it for myself online. With the price of said game being an incredible £19.99! 126% less than the game was second hand at CEX JUST ACCROSS THE ROAD!

I grew up with HMV which was a mecca…
I grew up with HMV which was a mecca for all things music and film. I love to patronise them now, keep them alive and not see them disappear like Woolies did! The prices are always reasonable and free delivery very welcome. Long live HMV!

Don’t Look Back Blu-ray Criterion Collection
I ordered a blu-ray Don’t Look Back featuring Bob Dylan.The person who served me was called Dave.
The ordering process was easy and the service i received was excellent.
The item arrived in store for collection within a few days.

Very poor communication
I bought 3 tickets for an album launch. You said dispatch time was 24 hours. 1 month later I had a message telling me they had been sent. On the day of event, I still hadn’t received them , so got a train into Sheffield to pick them up, only to be told you never intended to send them and just show my confirmation email. Poor communication.

Great vinyl range and good delivery.
