Always helpful staff
Always helpful staff. Great range in store and you can order if they don't stock the item you want. It's great that there is still somewhere you can browse in store. There is still a demand for physical media and luckily HMV is there to supply this.

The staff at Swansea HMV
The staff are always polite and friendly. Always on hand to help a credit to store. I went into the store my dvd was not available on the shelf so I placed an order and when the email came I was able collect my dvd without any issues.

lack of smile and positive body language from staff member. tried to claim package was not there when we knew it was.
general lack of enthusiasm.

Ordered online to be collected in store. Although the order was ready to be collected within a few days, the pickup took longef than expected.
I waited approximately 15 minutes to be served as there seemed to be only one person working there. He was rushed off his feet dealing with enquiries and serving customers.
