Brilliant service
Brilliant service. The film i wanted wasn't in store. Sales assistant was fab, looked up online for me, ordered it to store. I was kept updated by email, and was in store for me to pick up 2 days later! Fab!

Went in to store to order a t-shirt for…
Went in to store to order a t-shirt for my daughters birthday. Service was excellent but your online is online is not up to scratch...
The item come in the rong size. Had to come back to refund it and order the right size.
Meanwhile the first order took seven day's and second took four days. With all the goings-on my daughter went away not having the present she asked for...
I will not be ordering anything else from HMV again....
Thank you to all the staff in Swansea store for all their help.

Ordered DVD in store
Ordered DVD in store - the assistant was very helpful and friendly but delivery took longer than expected😕 I was told 2-5 days and I had an email after 2 days to advise item had been dispatched but it took 7 days for the DVD to arrive in store. We were disappointed with the length of time it took - my son was quite upset as he wanted it to take away with him.
This review is about your delivery process and timings and is not a reflection on the Staff at your Swansea branch are 1st class.

Excellent service
I called in to HMV Swansea to ask about a specific bluray disc called "Rattle of a Simple Man."
Sam took me straight to it and I picked up two discs from the same label for £15.

Having travelling to two HMV stores I…
Having travelling to two HMV stores I was looking for two exclusives products that were only available at HMV. I could have purchased them online but since I was on holiday at the time I thought and I was hoping they'd be in store to purchase.
So I spoke to a member of staff and they told me I can order them online through the store.
They were very friendly and helpful and the product I wanted arrived a few days I arrived home.
